Exchange and return
You have the right to return parts or all of your purchase within in 14 days of your order arriving at your local postal service. In case you would like to return anything the product must not have been used and returned in it’s original packaging.
Please contact us at email@example.com and state your order number and the items you would like to return. In case of an exchange we can reserve the new product for you. If you would like to return any product you will have the money back on your account within 30 days of us receiving the return.
All costs for the return are covered by you as buyer.

IMPORTANT! Don’t send any returns without getting them approved by us first!
When you would like to register a complaint we ask you to contact us through firstname.lastname@example.org where you describe your complaint as thoroughly as possible. If possible please provide pictures that help the matter to be solved quicker. Upon approval we will either replace or find the best solution to solve the problem.
Always use your order number as reference for all contact with us!
If your products have been damaged through the shipping and handling before you received your shipment, do not receive it and make a claim to your local postal service. Ask them to send the package in return to kåmfy where they claim the reason for the return. After this please contact us at email@example.com to make us aware of the situation.
